Products
PrimeSat Controller is a complete and automatic controller for Satellite Communication Stations. When there is the need to communicate by voice or data through a circular or elliptical, low or high orbit satellite, it is absolutely essential to have a continuous adjustment of the antennas and station operating frequencies, in order to guarantee the best alignment and RF signal, as also the correct frequency compensation due to Doppler Effect.
PrimeSat Controller connects to the computer on the USB port,
and exchanges data with a satellite tracking software, to obtain the relevant
data to control the station. On the other hand, PrimeSat Controller is also
connected to the antenna rotor and the radio equipment, in order to configure it
to the communication. Connection sockets are available on the rear panel.
By means of a large dimension LCD, the user may visualize all that happens, and in Real-Time. Data read from computer and rotor are presented in a clear and concise way, in order to be understood what exactly is happening in the station. On the Windows® control software, the user may configure the radio brand and model, as also the satellites to track. Firmware upgrades may also be sent to PrimeSat Controller through this software.
PrimeSat Controller works with satellite tracking softwares, like Nova for Windows, SatPC32, Hamradio Deluxe and Orbitron. This are the most complete softwares available on the market, and is being choosen by many radio operators: radio amateurs, meteorology stations, research centers, universities, etc. The satellite choosen to control the motors and tranceivers is allways one mouse click away. Everything appens automatically. You can now focus on the comunication! PrimeSat Controller will do the rest.
